A comment on Slann V.4.0

Hi!

I was looking at the newest Slann rules, and something struck me as odd.
If the Slann are supposed to be so rare, and the Necrons so numerous,
why are the Slann 3 detachments per CC, and the Necrons only 2? I agree
that the Necrons should be 2 per CC, but shouldn't the Slann be 2 also?

Just a thought.
