UUmmm I just posted one for you thanks all pat on back LOL :-). They mounted
very large scale forces in 1st ed of epic, this be the reason for diff army.
As for the Knight think of them as the SW from Sm chapters, fast must fight
for there lives every day, and way take orders from a bully that your
lightest Knight can take on by himself, like the Wolves. The last bit I
think you have had too much space dust LOL, the Emp in new fluff will not
allow armies to get so big as not to controll, fear of losing control, the
Imps, Sm, and the AM are all small type galaxy armies, this world having
this and that world having that. If danger should appear he would call on
what world was the closes be it SM, IMP, AM, or Knight. Not well, the Orcks
attacked Fibbain 4 and have a huge Gargant army to back them, we better call
the AM from Mars 20,000 light years away to help this Imp army world, thus
the different armies.
