    This is always misleading and needs to be cleared up. The tuneller travels prior to battle under ground. Therefore it may "come up" anywhere on the board on the turn it surfaces. The 15cm move is for the tuneller once it surfaces. It is a fixed move regardless of orders. It does not double with charge orders. As for the transport, only the hellbore transport has actual stats. I don't think we have every address the transports before. Maybe a good idea to do so.

    as a new player i would definely suggest revising the rules section on this. i thought of several ways to interprete the section but that wasn/t one of them. it makes more sense that way though. something that might be interesting would be to require an IG player fielding tunnelers write down the turn and general area where they are to surface. They seem to scatter of of the target area based on whether the transport has LOS to their surfacing site. Therefore their placement on the board and stats for movement and defense would become important also.

    If it is thought that the tunnellers couldbe contacted while underground. there could even be some way to attempt to change the pre-game orders for the tunneller tosurface. then again this could get to complex
