This is always misleading and needs to be cleared up. The tuneller
travels prior to battle under ground. Therefore it may "come up" anywhere
on the board on the turn it surfaces. The 15cm move is for the tuneller
once it surfaces. It is a fixed move regardless of orders. It does not
double with charge orders. As for the transport, only the hellbore
transport has actual stats. I don't think we have every address the
transports before. Maybe a good idea to do so.
