Hi!

You can switch a first fire order to an advance order on any unit whether it
is close combat or not, but the unit may ONLY fire in the advance phase if
it was not engaged in close combat by a unit that PINNED it. IF no pinning
occured then you can fire, if pinning occured you CANNOT.
