Hi!

Hi Peter!

OK, here's a REALLY stupid question:

If a Snotling is not considered an instant Close Combat assault, but one
that lingers on, why can't defending units on First Fire shoot at the
Snotlings?

Technically the snotlings are not a unit but an attack. It renders its
effect and then leaves. Therefore you really cant "target" them. Imagine the
stream of these annoying things pouncing on the head of your fellow units,
pretty hard to shoot them safely. So essentially while the attack produces
some tangible opponent, these are not considered a unit but the effect of an
attack and you can fire at an attack effect.

Another question:

Can the Shokk Attack gun be Snap Fired? If so, it can now tie up vast
amounts of enemy formations, far beyond it's point value. Kind of makes
the Traktor Kannon look like a VERY poor cousin. ;)

OOOoo! interesting one. I'd place this unit under the "artillery" umbrella
and thus cannot snap fire. Point taken though, this needs to be added to the
description of this unit.

Pretty darn good questions Warprat, really irons out the rules!
