OK. I understand it, although I've never played this game. I suppose it is
something similar to VGAplanets or Master of Orion II

It will depend a lot on the map and initial deployment. Equilibrium is not
easy. Anyway if someone tries it, let it be known so others can see the
running of the game. The best thing of Diplomacy is the fact that luck is
not involved at all in the game. I wonder how much will it change when it is
mixed with a so_much_luck_based game as NetEpic.
