ok guys the banshees scream is a phyic thing that stops an apponits abily to fight nothing to do with armor. in 40k when a banshee gets the charge in, all inf. fights with a weapons skill of 0 whitch will kill MS s like hell on what ever planit there fighting on but they have no efect on VEH s
so you need to work the rules from that like when the banshees charge there appoints have a -1 CAF as a total no matter what they started with that is power works but this only works if the banshee get the charge in.
