The same problem with the striking scorpions. They lose their additional
attack dice in CC when fighting armor units. The Banshees scream works on a
5+ so make it a 6+ for infantry that armor saves.

PS: I haven't checked the Eldar rules but that is a house rule we use for
the striing scorpions.
