We play that you can shoot at a building to destroy it whether the enemy is
in there or not. A tacical move of clearing out the way to provide better
LOS.
When attacking buildings we usually fight CC but if the defender was on FF
they stilll get to fire. Same in the woods. You can't shoot in the woods
only from the edge of it or into the edge of it.
