My solution would be to allow the units to gun down each other. Propably
even without to-hit penalties. Such close quarter fighting would be done
with grenades and SMG's (boltpistols etc.) and is very deadly.

Hmmm, since NetEpic does not use hidden deployment in any way, we can assume
that bioscanners, psykers, espionage, tactical consideration and the likes
have detected the presence of enemy forces in the building.
