Yes, this answer is well known to me. But, what if (as in real life)
two units approach each other through the forest on Advance orders.
You cant see the enemy to know your going to get within the 1cm CC
distance. Two guys sneaking up through the forest, then BOOM, they see
each other.

We don't have a rule for this.
