RE: [NetEpic ML] Special charactersHi!

Could you write this in a word document in a more formal format? I will include it in the optional book for those who would like to use them.

  Hi!
It is an impressing load of work you have done here, but I'm sorry to say that I in general dont like the idea of including heroes in epic battles. I find it somewhat against the "epic-feel" of it. Buts thats just me. The pointrequirements is a good thing though! If we where to include it, I'd say we make them optional as you said.

I was wondering whether anyone has made rules for special characters in
  NetEpic???

The availability of special characters serves nicely to reinforce scenarios
and are wonderfull for campaigns. Besides they are just plain fun....!

WHat can kill 'em is if players use them consistently and constantly as
  regular parts of their force.

Listed below is as many marine special characters as I could remember for
  40K.
There are no point values as I want a little feedback from people before
  assigning this.

Check 'em out (And remember, these guys are OPTIONAL allthough it would be
nice to have the finished file on the EpiCenter)

Each character has a requirement which is a minimum number of points (in
case of marines from a single chapter) which must be fielded to include that
special character. To keep the numbers down, points "used" to field one
character cannot be used for another. For example, if a character requires
you to field 3000 points of dark angel troops, and another require 1500
points, then the total required to field both would be 4500 points.

Most special characters are based on an existing character type, with some
modifications and changes. Most notably, that all special characters have
fixed saves to reflect the survivability of a legendary hero.
