I would liket o see this one.
It never made sense, why the IG maintianed rhinos (which would require
different spar eparts than their chimeras) just for the benefit of
trnasporting commissars.
Also, wouldnt a commissar prefer a chimera with a bit of firepower when he
leads an assualt?
