uhhhh, actually during my 40K2 career (Which lasted for 4.5 years or so) I
think I have only thrown 3 frag grenades or so.
If you were within boltpistol short range (+2 to hit and better strength)
and charge range, no reason to thrown the damn things.

I dont want to see chaos get imperial stuff.
If you want to play renegade marines or IG, take those army lists and play
em, just pretend their evil. (Commissars would just become zealots to the
chaos gods)
If you want otherwise, talk it out with your opponent.
