Again dont worry, I have no intention of doing this. The army has been
tested a lot already. What we are doing is separating those units people
have a problem with and standardizing stats. The only real rule to test is
the newer warp jump rule. We are at a fine tuning stage, not a development
stage. I dont forsee a great lag in getting this done, especially since up
to this point there has been no resistance to the proposed changes besides a
tweak here and there. Consensus, it seems, has already been reached, its a
matter of seeing first hand whether the changes made are good enough.
