netepic

Hi,
We are starting a netepic campaign based on the battle for Armegedon
(sp?). Does anyone have campaign rules for netepic/space marine. We
would like something that allowed you to do battle field recovery
depending on your sucess/failure in each game. Also we are unsure
how to penalize units for going out of supply (cut off behind enemy
lines). If any has suggestions or a file they could email me, it
would be appreciated.
