Nope don't work that way. like Quester said when the card is played you take a morale test as a save from the card power.

I would argue that this would include both moral, and terror test. And since this power is more specific than the chaos power it should take presidens.

The power would over ride the rule becouse it is using you moral leavel as a save not as a brake test This applyes to all GW games sence they cabined willpower and leadership stats
The power should be worded as take a willpower test by using the target brake test number
