  The necron have been tested with no morale, this is the way they should
stay. Besides you are only rendering them immune to 2-3 slaanesh powers, not
a huge boon. Also to give them a morale of 1 is to infer they are vulnerable
to powers like angron fearsome roar, when we know they are robots and show
no fear.

  I'd keep it simple, whatever small edge the Necron get are already paid
for in their higher points value.
