use the orks vs the imps.and marines leave out the titans slows multi player games down and can unbalance things
and try to give each player the same force or close to the same force and make them up using only support cards
I know its not to the army comp. rules but its the only way to get 8 forces even, with a good mix of units in a small game
and I would use 1250 or a bit less, maybe only 1000 pre player it turns out as a very fun game
Ho yea don't let the players on the same team talk about what to do with there forces just let them write one note each to pass to the other players just befor the orders phase, to sim raido com.
thats lots of fun

Recently, I was tapped to put on a game at a local convention and I've decided to
run an NetEpic game. The con organizer said that I should expect about 8 players.

So, I've decided to ask the list for some suggestions.
I'm looking for advise on forces for the players.

I've got Orks, Imperials(S Marines and Imperials), Eldar and Squats to work from.
Not much in the way of Titans but lot's of other stuff to organize forces from.

I'd like to put together forces of appx 1250 points per player with 4 players per side.
Any suggestions would be welcome.

Please feel to reply on and off list

Thanks
