They seem cheap but are priced fairly. Titans are mobile while Praetorians
aren't. Titans are difficult to swarm while Praetorians aren't. We can go on
with these comparisions. Yes I think a Colossus can take out a titan from
80cm but if it doesn't it is toast. That isn't the point. One is more
tactically supeior than the other on the battlefield and is reflected in its
point cost.
