Ork Warbosses may purchase a Battlewagon as their own personal transport.
Wierdboys may be purchased either as a stand, or *as* a battlewagon.

Question: can a stand of normal infantry hitch a ride on a wierdboy battlewagn?

I would think yes, due to the fact that the wierdboy is a battlewagon unit, as
per page 53 of the armies book, boxed text under command
