How do you figure that? AFAIK, though the Overlord doesn't have a normal
armour save, it would still have a 50% chance to move out of the way.

In fact, you could make a case that since it has a 1+ save somewhere it's
immune to doomweavers unless immobilized (citing the rules for Titans,) though
I wouldn't buy it because the Overlord should die from the gas bag being cut
to ribbons if the Overlord can't get out of the way.
