        Well, not really. The version before SM/TL was. The SM
box came with marines, eldar, and orks and the TL box came with
imperials and orks. Chaos rules was released after SM & IG but
before Squats, Orks, or Tyranids.

        It's that whole 'in love with Space Marines and Orks'
thing again... of course that still doesn't excuse releasing the
game one year and not releasing anything for one of the armies
until the year after (actually, 2 of the armies (IG), and there's
only 6!). Admitedly, the Chaos sprue is probably going to be
radically different when it finally comes out.
