Perfectly reasonable. This is in fact identical to my initial reaction
to the transport rules when I first read the rulebook. However, for
the rules as they are, jump pack troops and infiltrators have a
definite advantage when combined with transporting units. As it's a
bit of an abstraction, I don't have a problem with it. I would
certainly be agreeable to the above as a house rule, though.

One minor clarification - it's really Andy and Jervis' idea - I just
read it in the rulebook. :-)
