Seems in line with their 40k background. Looking at what I've read
about them, this is right. Limiting them to one detachment in allowed
scenarios is necessary based on their power, though it might be
interesting at some point to fight 'The Legion of the Damned tours the
Eye of Terror' type scenario/campaign. Take on the different Chaos
Legions one by one in gigantic 10,000 point games... <mad cackling
sound>
