Salutations,
Did someone make rules for the Legion of the Damned? If not, these
are my suggestions...
Special Rules for the Legion of the Damned
Legion of the Damned (Special Competence)
Units with Legion of the Damned special competence get Assault (1
point) and Rampage (1 point) competences.
On top of that units ignore Leadership Tests and can remove 1D6 blast
markers during the final phase. (3 points)
--------------------------------
Legion of the Damned Detachment
--------------------------------
--------------------------------
Command
--------------------------------
You must choose a commander
1 Detachment HQ (See notes) +25 points
Veteran Sergeant Centurius : 40 points
Consists of 1 Space Marine unit (Psyker, Hero, Legion of the Damned)
--------------------------------
Main Force
--------------------------------
Choose up to 10 squads from the following list.
Legion of the Damned squad : 20 points
Consists of 1 Space Marine unit (Legion of the Damned)
--------------------------------
Note :
--------------------------------
There can be only one Legion of the Damned detachment by battle, you
can't choose the Legion of the Damned detachment if it is not allowed
specifically by the battle scenario or background.
If the detachment consists entirely of infantry units it may be
deployed using drop pods.
Any unit that is part of the detachment can be designated as the
detachment HQ, subject to the detachment's chain of command. If the
original HQ is eliminated the next unit below on the chain of command
become the new HQ.

Chain of Command : Centurius > Q.G. > Other

Any comments?
