        I didn't see any restrictions on Supreme Commanders, except
that you can usually have 0-1 Supreme Commander detachments.
        Also, I think Sauron is still primarily an Epic 2nd/TL/Space
Marine player, which means that he's talking about one of the special
cards, and having 6 of the 10 infantry companies of a chapter on the
board.
