Yup, it is akin to setting two rhinos up for a race - one with troops and
one without.
With both running at assault speed, it is somehow possible for troops within
the rhino to outpace the rhino w/o troop by a significant amt - when both
the rhinos speed is faster than the troops.

Some guys previously gave eg. of Genestealers with Assault Spawn (?) - put
both of them on Assault/charge orders. Assault Nightmare from Hell.

Damn scary.
