Whoa there, Tex. What on Earth makes you think I don't know what I'm
talking about? First off, what I did with the infiltrators was perfectly
legal; if you think that it was cheesy, that is your opinion and you are
welcome to it. Second, I have not been impressed by any of your comments
to the point where I print them all out in hard copy so I may have them
around for instant referenced. To tell the truth, I have a hard time
telling the difference between rational discourse and a rant, which is not
the case with other people on this list.
Are there, perhaps, different people using the same computer and handle?
Sometimes it is as if you think things through before you write, sometimes
it seems, well, the opposite.

I believe I was one of the first (if not the

I'm not sure what you mean by "this"...

Actually, there was some question regarding infiltrating Rhinos, or even
LRs which I was responding to. I don't remember which post it was...

I think part of the problem is that the extra 30cm is justifiable either way:
Pro: Since it is first turn only, and there is no proscribed length of
turn, it is entirely conceivable that this move is possible. It is quite
common for special forces units to probe ahead immediately before a large
battle to cut supply lines, communications, etc.
Also, IIRC, all armies have infiltrators and transport units...
Con: Allows a move which to all intents and purposes is a March move
without any of the harmful side effects such as lung cancer, blindness, and
large amounts of FP being directed at you.
Of course...
YMMV
