That's a great idea, actually. I hadn't come up with any special rules
for my chapter, but I do rather like this one - doesn't seem
particularly powerful, but gets the point across. In the scheme of the
campaign, what with the experience system and all, things tend to even
out and certain detachments really grow on ya.

Yeah, I definitely would do something along the points cost line. For
games with friends though (like the campaign with Bart this is planned
for) I have no problem letting it slide.
