In correct scale it measures about one meter high. Bastions were about 30cm
as i recall.

And yes. Mike A. Biasi (the Armocast sculptor) has done one.

Damnit. i had website where he had picture of 40k imperator made from
plastic. It was in works tho, right leg bastion and right arm were missing
and some details were missing from chapel etc. Looked way cool anyway :)

Also there was screenshot of his sculpting table and i think i spotted 40k
harridans and Dominatrixes there too.

Gotta find the webpage again. :)
