or 30 bikes if you have the old basing.
I think the breakdown is probably accurate, speeders are very powerful
units and expensive too, and attack bikes have limited use, leaving the
bikes as the tactical heart of the ravenwing. I have often wondered, what
do marine chapters do with excess equipment after a long war when they
have more than 1000 marines per chapter? does the eqipment get stowed? if
so, then you can ignore restrictions.
