Well I was speaking about flyers in general, for example I think that
an Eldar Fleet will be more effective than a Space Marine Fleet (even
if there are some IG flyers to support the Thunderhawks), Eldar
flyers have a high level of interception and not so bad firepower.

I thought that a titan or a Cobra was a War Engine (Engin de Guerre

You're right but with the Eldar high speed units and some cover
this is possible.
