[Epic] Shield question

My Supreme Commander (IG colonel) is under an Imperator Titan and an
enemy shoot at him.
My opponent have to make :
a) 3+ to hit
b) 3+ to hit and the Imperator's shield protect my Commander
c) 5+ (imperator's armor) to hit and the shield protect
