[Epic] Flak (was: Advice: Eldar vs. Imperial players.)

Not only that, but the AT shots are useful when you don't have flyers to
fire at and the Fire Prism doesn't slow down the units around it (like a
Hydra).

It might have been sort of cool if Gargoyles had been infantry with the
Flak ability. This would enable Tyranids to defend any ground detachments
and kept Gargoyles closer to their old form. It would represent them
flying up to attack close flying aircraft.
