I think yor best bet is to argue that 1) yes, some Eldar units/combos are
very powerful (like psychic lock/doomweaver), but are either very
specialized (waveserpents) or only work it you get the combo working; and 2)
the entire Eldar armiy consists of "eggshells weilding sledge hammers".
They are cheap and deadly, but they're also popcorn (popcorn with low
breakpoints and lots of 50 pt-round-up-the-VP units, at that).
