Possibly true, but don't write it off yet. A release of mid-late Nov. would
coincide with the next WD (released third Thursday of the month in the UK),
so any mention of the Chaos box is more likely to be in WD 216 than 215.
Bit odd that it wasn't mentioned in WD215 as 'forthcoming', though.
