My original intention was that anything which Orks could "Hitch a lift"
on could tow something INSTEAD (rather than in addition to). The Buggies
have, traditionally, been able to tow guns, the gretchin crew riding on
the guns instead of the vehicle. So maybe, for Orks, the towing should
be additional to. Whatever is simplest...
OTOH other Tows should certainly take up a transport slot. The Thudd Gun
may be towed, but its crew ride inside.

True. Should have an FP of 3. (Basically, same/similar stats and cost as
a Hellhound). This is a typo.
