While we're at it, here are my thoughts.

The Rapier is more of an AT weapon than the tarantalue(It's a
quad lascannon, or dual multimeltas, no tank can survive it. If
you actually got a shot off, I bet you could hurt a titan.)
I'd give the rapier Range 45 and At and the Tarantuaa the rapier
stats. The mole mortar is more of a disrupt weapon, something
like this maybe.

Also, any combination of artillary and long range is just really
powefull in this game.

Personally, I would give the Hvy Plasma and Las Cannon 3 Fp.
Also, make the Missile Lnchr the same. All 3 heavy weapons
are pretty similar in E40K.
(They are 2 pts more, they deserve something).
Also, you forgot the vibro cannon. Here is what I came up with.
 Weapon Move Range FP AF Armour Notes
Vibro Cannon 10 45 AT 0 4+ Artillary
I'd actually make this one cost 16 pts. The artillary is to
represent it's 'going underground' effect.
