[Epic] Question about Rules of Assault

I have a question about assaulting with SHW (Super Heavy Weapons).

        "If Detachment A with 8 FP from 'normal' units, 3 AT shots,
        2 Barrage Weapons, and 1 Pulsar goes on Assault and fires
        at Detachment B, what is it's firepower?"

A) 4 FP and all SHW, because SHW are exempt from the halving rule.
B) 4 FP and 3 SHW, because you halve the number of SHW firing.
C) 4 + (1/2 Barrage FP) FP and 2 SHW, because you calculate Barrage
   FP and add it to the total FP before halving.
D) 4 + (1/2 Barrage FP) FP and 2 AT (Rounded Up) and (1/2 Pulsar AT),
   because you calculate that amount of Pulsar ATs firing before halving.
E) A Strange and Wonderful combination of any the aforementioned and
   more...

Also a nice Statistic:
        An Eldar Cobra has a 1.903% (37/1944) chance to Kill an Imperator
        Titan with one Distortion Cannon, if I did my math right.
