OK, first you calculate the FP. This is 8 + whatever FP you get from the
barrage weapons. Barrage weapons although SHW in one sense, aren't
inasmuch as you only get the FP BMs , not SHW BMs. This was made clear
in a FAQ answer from AC.
OK, let's assume the 2 Barrages get 2 FP each, for a total of 4.
So the unit has 12 FP.
Except that it's assaulting: so this is halved, to 6 FP.
Now you work out how many SHWs are firing. There are 3 AT shots and a
pulsar, so 4 firing, that's 1 BM.
Now you work out hitting. The FPs have already been halved, so they're
OK. But the SHWs must each roll a 4+ to lock-on. Note that they do BMs
without having to lock on, "The number of Blast markers placed depends
on the number of super heavy weapons fired by an attacking detachment
BEFORE MODIFICATION FOR ASSAULTING, BLAST MARKERS ETC." - p31 E40K Book

Finally, if the 6FP hit something, they'll do an additional BM.
So:
F) 4FP+Barrage/2 + 3ATs and a Pulsar at half effect , but a BM for 4
SHWs firing. Easy, really.
