First, roll a die for each SHW, including the Barrage weapons. Only
those that get a 4+ can lock on and fire. Those that do lock on are
used to calculate blast markers for SHWs and may roll dice to blow up
stuff.

Firepower wise put on 1 blast marker for 8FP. Then halve it to 4FP
because of the loss of accuracy while on Assault orders. Figure out how
many dice to roll based on that.
