        I think the main question is how does part 1) work wrt blast markers.
Ok we've heard that 1 Pulsar can get negated with 1BM. Ok but artillery
(which from the looks of the rules should be negated with 1BM) calculates FP
first (based on number of stands under template) then subtracts for BMs. To stay
 consistant shouldnt the pulsar roll for number of shots and then reduce this
value by the number of BMs ? Am I missing something?
