[Epic] Putting together a Eldar Force.

Hello:
        I need this list's authoritative opinion. I just picked up some more
Eldar items. I need to know if this is enough to put together a decent
fighting force. Here is my current inventory:

        An entire Eldar Warhost Box.
        6x Falcon Grav Tanks.
        2x Wave Serpents.
        1 Command Blister Pack.
        1 Vyper Blister Pack.
