I disagree the space marine range is due to the heavy weapon.
Eldars have 15cm range the shuriken catapult has the same stat as bolter
only better save modifier -2 and a sustained fire dice (0-3 shots) hence
the 2 FP. so if necrons only have 24" in 40k they would have 15cm in
epic.
