Solution 1:
There's nothing wrong with fielding detachments of different Chapters
together. Heck, in 'Aemageddon" the boardgame, more often than not all 3
chapters are used as a mass.
Solution 2:
You can even field mixed detachments of more than one Chapter, not
often, but it happens.
Solution 3:
A Chapter of a late founding is 'based on' an earlier founding chapter.
So you _could_ have, for example, the elite First Company still using
the original founding chapter's colour scheme.
Solution 4:
Alternately, it could be the elite first company (only) that has the
all-new Green colour scheme, with the bulk of the force retaining the
old colours.
