Yep.

Technically, yes. We use a house rule that the transporter and the
transportee have to be on the same orders - otherwise the time/space
continuum ruptures and the universe is sucked into the warp.
> c) Does a Battlewagon which picks up an Ork for a ride lose 5cm of its
No. Hitching a lift does not subtract from the battlewagon's move at
all. However, the stand being transported loses all its move (not just
5cm for being picked up and 5cm for being dropped off, so if it's on
march orders it wouldn't be able to move another 20cm after being
dropped off).

The Kommandos can start 30cm further in due to infiltration. They could
also add 30cm to their own move in the first turn if they don't deploy
30cm in. However, since the 'hitching a lift' uses _all_ the stand's
movement, I would have to say that they cannot make any additional moves
after being dropped off by the battlewagon.

Jetbikes are vehicles, not cavalry. Cavalry is infantry that doubles
its move and treats terrain as a vehicle - it is not a vehicle. Cavalry
still doubles its move into close combat (if it can reach an enemy
stand). Vehicles, such as Jetbikes, do not.

That's correct. They still put out a lot of fire, but it's too
inaccurate to do anything except make the other guys duck and run
around.
