I suggest that all morale checks be made in the End Phase, but before VPs
are calculated. A distinction shoul be made between "broken" and "have
reached their break point." Models which are broken will have to run away
during the movement phase and can not hold objectives. (Though I don't
know about stopping someone else from doing so). Units which have
reached their break point yeild VPs to the enemy, but can hold an
objective. (The "heroic last stand" situation).
