Stick with it mate - I've always found Eldar in Epic to be just as lethal as
they are in WH40K.

The point I wanted to make was that I found these specialised detachments to
do very well. It isn't so much that they cover each other's weaknesses as
they complement each others strengths. I was just curious to see how more
general detachments performed.

Incidentally, what armies are you fighting against?
